Frequently Asked Questions

Standard and Featured Listings remain live for 30 days. Automated reminders will notify you before expiry so you can easily renew your listing if your horse is still available.
Yes. You can log into your seller account at any time to update photos, description, or price. Any edits submitted will return to Pending Approval before appearing publicly to preserve listing integrity.
Congratulations! Simply log into your account and mark your horse as Sold. The listing will be updated accordingly with a Sold badge.
No. PinOaks Marketplace does not charge any sales commission on Standard or Featured Listings. The horse sale is completed directly between buyer and seller, and the seller retains 100% of the sale proceeds.
A Transition Assessment is an independent veterinary and welfare assessment completed through PinOaks Park. It provides prospective buyers with greater confidence by documenting your horse's health, behaviour, and recommended pathway. Horses with this assessment receive a verified badge.
PinOaks Marketplace is dedicated exclusively to Off The Track Thoroughbreds. Every listing is reviewed prior to publication to confirm eligibility and maintain our welfare focus.
Clear conformation photos (both sides on flat ground), headshots, and photos under saddle in the disciplines you have used the horse for. High quality photos make a substantial difference in attracting knowledgeable buyers.
A Managed Listing ($300 + GST) is designed primarily for recently retired racehorses. PinOaks Park coordinates professional photography, listing creation, buyer communications, and viewing appointments on your behalf, while you retain ownership and approve the final purchaser.
